1  Complete a task

After the work for a task is done, it needs to be made into a draft and set to the completion phase for the task.

Steps

The role to perform this procedure is: Assigned user.

To release an article:1Go to the History pageby one of:
  1. a.Clicking on the Version ID in the Owner path of the Article body page.
  2. b.Clicking on the Phase column for the article in the In progress section of the Work list page.
The page is displayed, with a list of all WIP versions:

2Make into a draft

by clicking on the Draft button for the latest WIP version.

The page is redisplayed with a Written, Translated, Edited or Reviewed button that matches the current phase, the last WIP is now a draft, and all other WIPs are deleted:

3Complete the task

by clicking on the button above Query for the intended phase.

If you are the master manager, the page is redisplayed with a Done button in the row for the locale:

Otherwise, the page is redisplayed with an added message informing that the phase will be updated on the master manager's next access:

Your task is now complete and there is nothing more for you to do. If you are not a manager, upon the master manager's next access, you will have no more access to the article.
