5  Diary article

!

The diary article is a chronological collection of dated entries.

The entries are sections that can have from one to 10 paragraphs or lists. The entries are sorted by their creation date, with the latest either first (default) or last. These are for recording commentary, but do not have to be be related. The final list in the entry may provide a set of links to related internal and external pages. There can be up to 199 entries in an article. The dates at the end of the entry headings link back to the headline.

Some uses for the diary article are:
  1. a.Blog for informally commenting upon a topic or progress of a project.
  2. b.Opinions about current affairs or other topical events.

While such an article could be part of any category, a link to one would typically be found in the top navigation bar for a subsite, with a link label like Blog or Opinion.
