The master manager can set the ordering for a category and reorder the articles if numerically ordered.
The role to perform this procedure is: Master manager.
To order articles in a category:1Open the Order articles pageby clicking on the Order button in the Actions row of the Details section of the Category page for the category.
The page is displayed, showing Alphabetic order if never set:
2Select the orderingby clicking one of the Order options in the navigation bar under the headline.
The page is redisplayed with the selected option set, and ordered according to it:
If the numeric option was selected:- a.If more than three articles, Move by is displayed, with options of 1, 3 and if more than 10, 10, with 1 as the default.
- b.The ▲ and ▼ direction columns are included.
3If numeric and required, change article orderingby performing:
3-1Optionally, select by how manyby clicking one of the Move by options.
3-2Move the articleby clicking the required direction column for the article to be moved.
The article is moved in the required direction by the number selected, leaving the direction button in its new row selected.
3-3If required, move in the same directionby one of:- a.Pressing the Enter | return key.
- b.Clicking the highlighted button.
The article is moved in the required direction by one row, leaving the direction button in its new row selected.
3-4If required, move another articleby repeating this step.
